If the business is being sold, this module provides assistance in valuing the business to discern a fair market value and preparing financial records to accurately represent business value and activity. The Transition module also assists in marketing the business and finding buyers that will satisfy the seller's price and values.

The Checkup Module offers an on-site business analysis, to determine the overall condition of the operation in each department, and to find the likelihood of a future crisis due to problems discovered. A written report will be given with suggested remedies.
