Services to borrowers

Funds held by Anabaptist Financial are reinvested within conservative Anabaptist circles through loans for home mortgages, business real estate, and business operations. We do not offer consumer loans for automobiles and other consumer items.

We offer loans with variable quarterly interest rates with a maximum term up to 25 years.

Adjusted interest rate loans

Our variable interest rates are indexed to the six-month Treasury bill, and are adjusted quarterly.

Loan origination fees

Applicable fees are charged on real estate and operating loans to cover administrative costs.
