Business Seminars
AF Business and Employee seminars are offered throughout the conservative Anabaptist population centers. Our goal is to provide a broad range of business teaching that integrates biblical values, spiritual truth, and practical business counsel through a variety of seasoned men within the Anabaptist community. Our business seminars help business families or partners learn to talk about real issues, implement best practices, work together in harmonious relationships, and plan for the next generation.
Business Workshops
Our business workshops go beyond our one-day business seminars by focusing on a particular area of business content over a two-day period with two seasoned instructors. Instead of lectures and a large audience, workshops utilize the classroom approach, limiting the size to 30 students or less. We currently offer workshops in Human Resources, Business Planning, Business Succession, Marketing, Sales, and Accounting.
Business Advising
AF Business Advising started in 2007; today, our team of 20-plus advisors have served more than one thousand clients across the US. Our advisors partner with you to provide guidance and real business solutions. We will work with you from your starting point, whether you are a new business trying to manage growth or an experienced enterprise navigating challenging circumstances. Our goal is for Business Advising to help transform Anabaptist businesses into profitable, kingdom-focused organizations that demonstrate Jesus in the marketplace.
Business Resources
Anabaptist Financial provides business resources that integrate biblical and Anabaptist principles with practical business knowledge for the Anabaptist business community. Our business resources consist of written materials, audio materials, and a variety of business tools. These resources supplement our educational events and business advising to help business families continue their learning on the job as they face 21st-century business challenges. A substantial number of these business resources have been produced from Anabaptist Financial seminar topics, and we present them as shared information among speakers and businesses among the Anabaptist communities we serve. We also are continuing to develop more resources that are more closely aligned with Anabaptist Financial.
