Tensions have risen. Stress is at a dangerous level. Feelings are raw. Our faith feels so weak. From all appearances, it’s the end of the road. Maybe you have one last chance to communicate with a person who is on the brink of making a decision with eternal consequences. Not everyone faces challenging situations on that level—yet, even in our Anabaptist circles, too many of us do. How do we prepare ourselves for those moments?
