The Art of Training

In our rush to get our new hires into the production flow, our good intentions to properly train can easily diminish. Proper onboarding and training require patience, time, and money, but when done well, it will pay long-term dividends. When we fail to train well, employee turnover increases and the cycle begins all over again.
