Mentoring the People Around You

When I was in my twenties, I believed if I wanted something to be done right, I would have to do it myself. This is a very limiting and shortsighted view of life. In order to grow personally, and for our companies to grow, we have to think beyond ourselves. We must learn to train others to do what we already know, and we must delegate responsibilities to them. This requires us to mentor others.
